class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9996\u6b21\u6216\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u4f4f\u9662\u7387\u5728\u5668\u68b0\u7d44\u70ba\u6bcf100\u4eba\u5e7426.9\u6b21\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u70ba\u6bcf100\u4eba\u5e7446.6\u6b21\uff08rate ratio\uff0c0.59\uff1b95% CI\uff0c0.42\u81f30.82\uff1bP=0.002\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KCCQ-OS\u5f97\u5206\u5728\u5668\u68b0\u7d44\u5e73\u5747\u589e\u52a021.6\u00b126.9\u5206\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u70ba8.0\u00b124.5\u5206\uff08\u5e73\u5747\u5dee\u7570\uff0c10.9\u5206\uff1b95% CI\uff0c6.8\u81f315.0\uff1bP&lt;0.001\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5668\u68b0\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u4ef6\u767c\u751f\u65bc4\u540d\u60a3\u8005\uff081.6%\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><br>\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u4e8c\u5c16\u74e3\u9589\u9396\u4e0d\u5168\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u7d93\u5c0e\u7ba1\u4e8c\u5c16\u74e3\u4fee\u5fa9\u8853\u53ef\u572824\u500b\u6708\u5167\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u9996\u6b21\u6216\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u4f4f\u9662\u6216\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9996\u6b21\u6216\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u4f4f\u9662\u7387\uff1b\u572812\u500b\u6708\u5167\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u614b\u4ea6\u512a\u65bc\u50c5\u63a5\u53d7\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u9805\u4f86\u81ea\u300a\u65b0\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u91ab\u5b78\u96dc\u8a8c\u300b\u7684\u591a\u570b\u3001\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u96a8\u6a5f\u5c0d\u7167\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u4e8c\u5c16\u74e3\u9589\u9396\u4e0d\u5168\u5408\u4f75\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u4e86\u7d93\u5c0e\u7ba1\u4e8c\u5c16\u74e3\u4fee\u5fa9\u8853\uff08Transcatheter Valve Repair, TVR\uff09\u52a0\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u55ae\u7d14\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7642\u6548\u53ca\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6975\u5177\u81e8\u5e8a\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u60a3\u8005\u5206\u7d44\u53ca\u8ffd\u8e64\u671f\u9593\u8a2d\u8a08\u56b4\u8b39\uff0c\u96a8\u6a5f\u5206\u914d\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u504f\u5dee\uff0c\u4e14\u7d42\u9ede\u8a2d\u5b9a\u517c\u9867\u81e8\u5e8a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff08\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u4f4f\u9662\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff09\u53ca\u60a3\u8005\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\uff08KCCQ-OS\u554f\u5377\uff09\uff0c\u5448\u73fe\u5168\u9762\u7684\u7642\u6548\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c1.6%\u7684\u5668\u68b0\u76f8\u95dc\u56b4\u91cd\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u767c\u751f\u7387\u76f8\u5c0d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8b49\u660e\u8a72\u4ecb\u5165\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u60a3\u8005\u5c24\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4ecd\u5b58\u5728\u5e7e\u9ede\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\uff1a\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u96a8\u8a2a\u671f\u9593\u70ba24\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u9700\u9577\u671f\u8cc7\u6599\u4ee5\u8a55\u4f30\u6301\u7e8c\u7642\u6548\u53ca\u665a\u671f\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff1b\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u548c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7d93\u9a57\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u9069\u7528\u6027\uff1b\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d93\u5c0e\u7ba1\u4fee\u5fa9\u8853\u7684\u6210\u672c\u8207\u8cc7\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u91ab\u7642\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u6311\u6230\u4e5f\u9700\u8003\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
