class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u8a2d\u8a08<\/strong><br>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7d0d\u5165\u96a8\u6a5f\u5c0d\u7167\u8a66\u9a57\uff08randomized controlled trials, RCTs\uff09\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba\u6210\u4eba\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u81e8\u5e8a\u65cf\u7fa4\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u6210\u4eba\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5177\u6709\u5fc3\u7406\u56f0\u64fe\u6216\u8eab\u9ad4\u75be\u75c5\u4f46\u672a\u6b63\u5f0f\u8a3a\u65b7\u4e4b\u6df7\u5408\u65cf\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90<\/strong><br>\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u641c\u5c0b PubMed\u3001Web of Science \u8207 EBSCOhost \u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff0c\u6aa2\u7d22\u622a\u81f3 2025 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u767c\u8868\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6548\u61c9\u5927\u5c0f\u8a08\u7b97<\/strong><br>\u63a1\u7528 Hedges\u2019 g \u4f5c\u70ba\u6548\u61c9\u5927\u5c0f\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f03\u4ecb\u5165\u7d44\u8207\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u5728\u4ecb\u5165\u5f8c\u6182\u9b31\u8207\u7126\u616e\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7f\u7528\u96a8\u6a5f\u6548\u61c9\u6a21\u578b\u9032\u884c\u7d71\u5408\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u8a0e\u8ad6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0cSG-MBIs \u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u6182\u9b31\u8207\u7126\u616e\u75c7\u72c0\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u5099\u7a69\u5065\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u81e8\u5e8a\u65cf\u7fa4\u8207\u4ee5\u81ea\u6211\u6148\u60b2\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u4ecb\u5165\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u50c5\u5f37\u8abf\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u6b63\u5ff5\u4ecb\u5165\uff0cSG-MBIs \u53ef\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u57f9\u990a\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u6eab\u548c\u614b\u5ea6\u8207\u502b\u7406\u5c0e\u5411\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u8abf\u7bc0\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u6df1\u5c64\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73fe\u6709 SG-MBIs \u591a\u4ee5\u502b\u7406\u8207\u6148\u60b2\u6210\u5206\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c<strong>\u5c0d\u667a\u6167\uff08wisdom, praj\u00f1\u0101\uff09\u5c64\u9762\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u8a13\u7df4\u4ecd\u76f8\u5c0d\u4e0d\u8db3<\/strong>\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u767c\u5c55\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u578b\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3001\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u7684\u4ecb\u5165\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a2\u7d22\u4e0d\u540c\u6b63\u5ff5\u4e16\u4ee3\u5728\u5fc3\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u8207\u5206\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. \u9650\u5236<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u591a\u6578\u7d0d\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u88ab\u8a55\u70ba\u300c\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u64d4\u6182\u300d\u7684\u504f\u8aa4\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u7814\u7a76\u54c1\u8cea\u4ecd\u6709\u63d0\u5347\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u6392\u9664\u9ad8\u504f\u8aa4\u98a8\u96aa\u7814\u7a76\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7d50\u679c\u4ecd\u7dad\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u8ad6\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review of<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cThe Effectiveness of Second-Generation Mindfulness Interventions on Anxiety and Depression: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This systematic review and meta-analysis by Xu et al. offers a timely and methodologically rigorous synthesis of the evidence on second-generation mindfulness-based interventions (SG-MBIs) for anxiety and depression in adults. By focusing on interventions that explicitly integrate ethical and moral dimensions alongside attentional mindfulness practices, the authors address an important and underexplored development in the mindfulness literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A major strength of this study lies in its comprehensive scope and adherence to high methodological standards. The inclusion of randomized controlled trials across clinical, non-clinical, and mixed adult populations strengthens the robustness and generalizability of the findings. The meta-analytic results demonstrate moderate and statistically significant reductions in depressive (g = 0.59) and anxiety symptoms (g = 0.61), with particularly strong effects observed in clinical samples. These findings provide compelling evidence that SG-MBIs constitute a clinically meaningful extension of first-generation mindfulness-based interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The moderator analyses further enhance the contribution of this review. By identifying participant type and intervention type as significant moderators, the study highlights that SG-MBIs are not uniformly effective across populations or formats. In particular, the stronger effects associated with self-compassion\u2013focused interventions suggest that targeting self-related processes\u2014such as shame, self-criticism, and emotional safety\u2014may be a key mechanism underlying symptom improvement. Moreover, the finding that reductions in depressive symptoms were sustained at follow-up underscores the potential durability of SG-MBIs, even though long-term effects on anxiety appear less stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite these strengths, several conceptual and methodological issues warrant closer consideration. First, although the authors define SG-MBIs as interventions integrating ethical and moral practices, the operationalization of these components varies substantially across included studies. Programs such as Mindful Self-Compassion, Compassion Cultivation Training, and Cognitively-Based Compassion Training differ in theoretical emphasis, pedagogical structure, and practice intensity. Treating these interventions as a relatively homogeneous category may obscure meaningful differences in underlying mechanisms and limits interpretability of the pooled estimates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, while the study reports that many potential moderators (e.g., control condition, intervention duration, outcome measure, and risk of bias status) were not statistically significant, these null findings are not fully theorized. For example, the lack of a dose\u2013response relationship may suggest that SG-MBIs operate through qualitative shifts in self\u2013emotion relations rather than through incremental practice time alone. Greater engagement with theoretical models of compassion-based and ethics-oriented regulation could strengthen interpretation of these results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Third, the authors appropriately note the need to explore <strong>wisdom-based practices <\/strong>in future research, but this recommendation would benefit from clearer conceptual boundaries. Within emerging frameworks that distinguish first-, second-, and third-generation mindfulness-based interventions, wisdom-oriented practices (e.g., insight into <strong>non-attachment, emptiness, or non-duality<\/strong>) are increasingly viewed as conceptually distinct from ethics- and compassion-based training. Explicitly situating SG-MBIs within this broader generational and theoretical landscape would help clarify what SG-MBIs currently achieve\u2014and what remains beyond their scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, although most included trials were rated as having \u201csome concerns\u201d regarding risk of bias, the authors\u2019 sensitivity analyses suggest that the main findings are robust. Nonetheless, the overall quality of evidence underscores the need for more rigorously designed and adequately powered randomized controlled trials, as well as clearer reporting standards and standardized intervention protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conclusion, this meta-analysis makes a valuable contribution to the mindfulness and mental health literature by demonstrating that SG-MBIs are effective in reducing depression and anxiety, particularly among clinical populations. By foregrounding ethical and compassion-based dimensions of mindfulness practice, the study advances understanding beyond attentional models alone. Future research would benefit from sharper conceptual definitions, theoretically informed moderator analyses, and systematic investigation of how ethics-based and wisdom-based components differentially contribute to psychological change.
